The Surgical Sieve

What about the term Surgical Sieve? Do you know when this term will be used or how this will process? Does anyone here already encounter this expression? I think some of you do, especially those who are medicine students or the doctors in medical fields, isn’t it? According to one reference, the term Surgical Sieve is a thought of process in medicine wherein medical students and doctors can organize a structured examination answer when were questioned in logical manner by their patients and the relatives, and also for structuring articles and reference texts in medicine.
In the other article, diagnosis was mentioned and it was said that this is use to determine or identify the disease or disorder of a patient and to know what necessary treatment is applied. What is very interesting in this regard is that the basic structure of diagnosis and management of illnesses is through the use of surgical sieve.
We might say that there are several versions of Surgical Sieve around the world, however, this is usually consist of two types of process in the human body in any particular order, such as Congenital (condition existing at birth or before) and Acquired (through environmental, infective, vascular, metabolic and others).
