Different Surgery Procedures

Medical surgery does not promise any positive or negative result. The only sure thing about it is the chance to get anew after the procedure. There are many surgical procedures. Firts one is rhinoplasty. Rhino (Latin for nose) and plasty (Greek for molding or forming) is a medical procedure that reshapes the nose for cosmetic or reconstructive purposes. It’s more commonly referred to as a “nose job.” This procedure can possibly reduce the size of the nose or alter the shape of the tip for a more pleasing result. It can even change the angle between the nose and upper lip.
Another procedure is what we call liposuction. This is one of the most popular medical operations today and is very applicable to those who have unwanted fats in the body. Liposuction is surgery to improve the contour of your body by removing pockets of excess fat from specific areas of the body. “Lipo” comes from the Greek word “lipos,” meaning fat. Other names for liposuction are lipoplasty and suction lipectomy.
Third in the line is the term tummy tuck. Abdominoplasty, the medical term for this, involves surgically removing excess skin and fat from the middle and lower part of the abdomen and sometimes tightening the abdominal muscles. The result is a flatter abdomen, and sometimes, a smaller waist, because the procedure corrects loose, sagging skin and excess fat. Any scars are usually located below the line of a swimsuit or underwear.
Another surgery is what we call botox. It is one of the many trade names for the neurotoxic protein called botulinum toxin that is produced by the bacteriumClostridium botulinum. In large doses, the protein causes botulism, a rare paralytic illness often linked to food poisoning.
All of these surgical procedures and other can be possibly done with a Plastic Surgeon Houston.
